WHY IT’S DONE
A doctor will recommend a Peripheral Angiogram if they suspect that blood is not flowing correctly to your legs. The angiogram will help determine if surgery is needed to open a blocked artery.
HOW TO PREPARE
Make sure to notify the doctor of any medications before the procedure. You will be asked to refrain from eating or drinking before the angiogram. Wear comfortable clothing and leave any jewelry at home.
